Mr. Hamelin, holder of a Mining Engineering Degree decreed by the Ecole Polytechnique of Montreal, is member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec (since September 2009) and of the Professional Engineer of Ontario (since July 1993). Mr. Pascal Hamelin cumulates over 30 years of progressive and relevant experience in mining project management. This experience was acquired in the Sudbury and Abitibi mining camp.
Mr. Mestrallet is a veterinairian, member of the “École nationale vétérinaire” of Lyon, France, since 1980. Since 1983, he is president of Demavic, a private company located in France and manufacturing materials for animals. Mr. Mestrallet is a Board member Abcourt since 2013.
Graduated from l’École nationale d’administration publique (ENAP) in public management in an indigenous context. Over 25 years experience in management, and since May 2019, assumes the role of Director of training, employment and social development for the Council of the Abitibiwinni First Nation. Board member of Abcourt since December 2023.
Mr. Mokaddem is a mining engineer with approximately 40 years of professional experience in Africa and North America. He has successfully led all stages of implementation in several projects, from feasibility studies to start-ups of production units of different scales, including maintenance of complex units, functional departments and distribution networks. Noureddine Mokaddem holds broad interests, as investor, in many private and publicly companies: From 2010 to 2020, Director and Officer of the mining company Aya Gold & Silver Inc., listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange; Executive Chairman of a company with a project for a wind farm in Morocco; General Manager of a conglomerate of seven production units in water resources, waste transformation, agriculture, construction and trade PVC & PEHD & Concrete supplies, and greenhourses; Launch of a gold, copper/lead/zinc, silver mining operation in Morocco; Active on various phosphate group projects in Africa, including the restart of the Boucraa mine in the Moroccan Sahara and chemical industries of Jorf Lasfar.

Director and Secretary of Midland Exploration Inc., a Canadian mining exploration company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and Director and Secretary of Genius Metals Inc., a Canadian mining exploration company listed on the Canadian Stock Exchange.
Jasmine Hinse has a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a Notarial Law diploma from Laval University and she was member of the Barreau du Quebec from 2004 until she retired in 2020. She has also completed the university certification program in corporate governance from the College of Corporate Directors of Laval University. From 2006 to 2020, she held the position of Director of Corporate Legal Affairs at Fondaction, the Development Fund of the Confederation of National Trade Unions for cooperation and employment. Previously, from 2000 to 2006, she held the following positions at the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec: Deputy Secretary General at the General Secretariat and Legal Advisor for a real estate subsidiary. Until 2000, Ms Hinse practiced as a notary in a firm established in Val-d’Or.

Mrs. Lefebvre is member of the Chartered Professional Accountants Association of Canada. She accumulates five years of experience in the practice of law and has worked ten years for the accounting firm Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton, of Rouyn-Noranda and of Val d’Or, Province of Quebec. From 2009 to 2016, she has been acting as external auditor for this firm and has been in charge of audit mandates for junior mining companies and for mining companies in development. Mrs. Lefebvre is with Abcourt since July 2016.
Robert Gagnon holds a bachelor’s degree in geology from the University of Quebec in Chicoutimi and is a member of the Ordre des géologues du Québec. Mr. Gagnon has extensive experience in managing exploration projects and evaluating deposits. He was President of Pershimex Resources Corporation from 2013 until its amalgamation with Abcourt in May 2023 and as such, has a very good knowledge of the mining properties thus acquired from Pershimex.

Ms. Godard was a member of the Barreau du Québec from 1986 to 2023. She has several years of corporate secretariat experience with Canadian mining companies.
